The descriptions below are intended to give you helpful accurate information, enabling you to find the most appropriate match for your fitness needs. Aerobic Foundation Learn strategies to meet your individual goals, whether they are weight management, greater endurance, getting started, or adapting to physical limitations. Learn basic technique and stretching while getting a great workout. Beginners to advanced. | ||
| Body Shop:A unique and effective strength class. Utilizing a variety of strength equipment, such as the Body Bar, you will be challenged and make great endurance and strength gains. | ||
| Boot Camp/Ski Conditioning : Take this rigorous & fun class. Drills include balance training, plyometric jumping and other exercises that will prepare you for skiing, snowboarding or just crosstraining! | ||
| Group Cycling : Designed for all fitness levels, this non-impact format seeks after the athlete within. Enjoy cycling year round with inspiring music and adjustable intensity levels to match a variety of fitness needs. | ||
| Hi/Lo: Move to the music in this high-energy floor class for all levels of ability! You choose to rev up to high impact or keep it low. Includes abdominal work, stretching and plenty of fun! | ||

Step Club: Want to try basic step aerobics? Take this class which focuses on getting started, form, and building endurance. | ||
| Yoga: Yoga classes are taught in a variety of styles and the focus is on spinal alignment while developing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. This graceful and ancient technique for teaching the body how to deal with stress and fatigue will enhance any fitness program and is open to all levels of experience. | ||
| Pilates Evolved : Based on the traditional Pilates method of exercises, this class takes a slightly different approach to core strengthening. You will also develop balance, co-ordination and flexibility by using foam core roller and traditional mat exercises. | ||
| Abs&Back / Pilates based Abs&Back (30min): 30 intense minutes of abdominal and lower back exercises designed to focus on strength, posture, and balance. Ideal for any fitness levels. | ||
